A parish built for a campus.
Our mission is to build a strong Catholic community on the campus of Arkansas Tech University by sharing our faith, the sacraments, our traditions, service, fun, and love for God and one another.
Who we are
St. Leo the Great Catholic University Parish serves the students, faculty, and staff of Arkansas Tech University along with Catholic families of the Russellville community. As a university parish, our life moves with the rhythm of the academic year. We welcome a new wave of students every fall and send graduates into the world every spring.
Catholic campus ministry has been present at Arkansas Tech for decades, and that ministry has grown into the parish home we have today at 509 West L Street, on the edge of campus. Students, families, and lifelong parishioners worship side by side here, and that mix is exactly what makes St. Leo's what it is.
We are a parish of the Diocese of Little Rock.
